Check-In Policy: Prime Category
Mandatory check-in steps shall be followed at the time of check-in.
Standard check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Guests are required to share government approved address Identity Proof of every person at the time of booking and submit the same at the property during check-in.
Guests are required to acknowledge the rules & regulations of the property and sign a self-declaration form.
A security deposit for Rs.10000/- shall be charged upon check-in, that shall be 100% refundable on the day of check-out after a thorough inspection. However, any damage caused to the property in any form will be deducted from the security deposit
Cancellation Policy: B2B
Standard Cancellations:
Cancellations made before 30 days of the check-in date are 50% refundable.
Any cancellations made after the above-mentioned time period will not be refundable.
Promotional/Discounted Bookings:
Bookings made under any kind of promotions or discounts are non-amendable and non-refundable does not take Point number 1 in consideration written above.
Early Departures:
No refunds will be provided for early departures once the stay has commenced.
Modifications:
Changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Modifications must be requested at least 15 days before the original check-in date for consideration.
No-Shows:
If guests do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
How to Cancel:
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us directly via email or phone. Please include your booking details for a prompt response.
Refund Process:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the cancellation date. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
